On my way to meet my friend for our weekly 8 mile run this morning, I happened to notice that I was at 91 for the month! So, I talked her into doing 9 with me and I hit 100 for January!

I only ran in the 60s for the last 3 months, so 100 is pretty good considering a) I wasn't training for anything and b) I just recovered from a sprained ankle AND I ruptured my plantaris tendon last week.

Maybe I'll try to run at least 100 a month all year, that sounds like a fun goal. Will be hard the month of the marathons, though, because after 26 all at once, I just want to SIT for a while.

    :yippee

Dude... this is not a fun goal. You're off your rocker! LOL! :) Just kidding. I think that's amazing that you run that much. I didn't run 100 miles all last year. Maybe 50. maybe.

He he...I agree with Karen - a hundred seems like an awful lot. I maybe get 40 a month :) Congrats Angie - you are my idol!

My highest month in 2011 was 136 miles, just before my fall marathon. Some of my friends run 70 miles A WEEK. Who has that kind of time? Although, they probably run 70 in less time than it takes me to run 40. Haha.

That's really impressive Angie! I think I've got 40 in the bag for January, which is darn good for me. 100 is too much for me, LOL. I don't have the time or the will to run that much, but good for you!

That's awesome Angie! I haven't done much running since I did a KILLER Ragnar leg in Vegas last October. . . it was brutal! I do like to mix up my workouts with running though from time to time.

    Nice work!

You go girl! That is AWESOME! I have been so BAD about running lately! Monday is my day to get started again. I'm going with a friend so I hope we will keep each other motivated!
