Who Knew? Probably Everyone But Me! Visual Order History

Makes me sad to see some of the goodies I've lost along the way.

As for the visual order history,, I didn't know, but I daren't look. I may have to book into rehab

Quick question ... I'm going through my visual order history and have stumbled across a couple of kits that apparently I purchased once upon a time, but now can't find them anywhere on my computer or EHD ... is there a chance of "redeeming" these kits from the store if they've already been purchased? Just curious - and feeling slightly frustrated at what on earth must have happened to them, i.e. accidentally getting deleted??

 

Ugh! I hate when kits are missing! You can contact Customer Service to see about resetting the links. Here's the FAQ about it:
"We will reset any product download links within the first 30 days after product purchase, with a suitable explanation as to why you were unable to download your products. Links older than 30 days old may be reset with the purchase of an Order History Reset. You are more than welcome to contact us for further information. We highly recommend backing up your purchases often, on an external hard drive (EHD) or burn them to CD or DVD"

 

@bestcee Thank you ... I'll see what kits are missing and if it's worth doing the "Order History Reset" Most of them are pretty old kits that could potentially be retiring in the near future anyways

 

Im so sorry about the loss of your father. It has been 19 years for me since my father passed away so I know how hard that is.
