I stay up way too late at night scrapping and bingewatching and Internet surfing so I can get a few hours to myself that doesn't involve little people yelling at me or scrambling all over me. I have always been that way, though: getting less sleep than I'd like so I can get the alone introvert time that I need.
I am SO PROUD to say that I gave up Diet Coke (and all pop) for good in the last couple of months. I used to drink 3 or 4 EVERY DAY! I was down to one a week as my mom takes my son for a couple of hours on Wednesday mornings and then brings lunch when she brings him back.
She was gone on vacation for a couple of weeks so I haven't had any since then!
I started s rapping when I was a lot more mobile, Sarita was about 8 years old, so I could scrap whilst she was in school but I wasn't the addict I am these days..... always kept the evenings to catch up with my family and friends, but I started getting definitely addicted to the scrapping 4 years ago.... and now I am also addicted to the Pad... not just scrapping but catching up on gallery and forums here comes before any TV or reading for me....
AMAZING on cutting the diet coke!!!! I was so very proud of myself when we stopped buying it at home...now if I coudl give up chocolate.... ^^^cries*****
I'm addicted to most of the bad things, sweets, soda, junk food, chocolate.....I think the only thing good for me that I'm addicted to is scrapping. ROFL!!!
hello sister!!!!! LOL
LOVE junk food love it with a passion.... and, unfortunately, around here Mc Donalds and pizzas ate the cheapest thing.....we are aiming to change our siet now into gluten free and I really want to get serious about it...lets hope.....
Scrapping yes! And template designing. This week I was totally just going to scrap, but I was itching to design something...I just can't stop!
Coffee!
And other things I really love & get into are homeschooling & running.
and we love that yopu can't stop designing awesome templates!!!!!!!!!
yes to coffee!!!!!!
I'm totally addicted to scrap. each day I must make at least one page. if I can't scrap, something is missing... it's like a drug...
I'm addicted to photo too, for scrap, lol...
I always want to keep memory for my children that's why I always take pictures and scrap them.
same here..... and sometimes I go over awake all night scrapping!!!! it is like asomething relly really big is missing to me too....September without scrapping was so SO very difficult to get through!!!!!
Scrapping is all I do. Morning, afternoon (always watching my show at one) and then again after dinner is finished. Usually I then watch TV the rest of the evening.
I always drink 2 Monsters each day, at 10 & then again at 2. That's my caffeine pick me up.
and I could watch your pages all the time and each and every time my jaw drops.....

Scrapping...for sure. I've been doing it for 10+ years now and still get so excited!
and
coffee. all the coffee.
same as above..... each page of yours (for 8 years I think it is now?) is delight to my heart!!!!!! yes. coffee. lots and lots of coffee!!!!!!!
*cough* reading ... I am seriously addicted to my eReader right now. I am actually a chain reader, just ask my hubby
hahahahahahahahahahahahaha LOVE YOU!!!!!!!
I used to (chain read) then started scrapping...so I read lots but less.... now with my problems with reading and comprehension, I need often to go back 10 pages to remember what I was reading and sometimes not even so, need to go back to the beginning, so I still read, but I am dreadfully slow....
Online classes. It is horrible. Seriously. I can't even tell how many I've signed up for (I don't think I've ever completed a whole class). And the unfortunate thing is that it is an expensive addiction.
And library books. At least I'm not buying them anymore.

I have an entire 15' wall (floor to ceiling) shelves of books and other bookcases around the house. And the Kindle. But now at least I'm using the library (like a minx) and save myself thousands of dollars a year in books (which then seems to go to online classes...

)
I used to use my local library so much, have read some amazing books without paying...but then when my mobolity got restricted the fines for late returns almost killed me....I get lots of free books on Kindle, but (as above) I am so slow these days....
Online classes.... I'm a bit on the fence with those. I love the Get It Scrapped look books and, when my brain is engaged, I try reading as much as I can of the classes but I am more of a classroom person...to me, with the neurological impairments now....difficult something that needs attention with reading online.... there are some classes that I got tempted, but I love a classroom and people's live interaction so if I can go for it I prefer...
I've done this for years. I totally get you.
Inquiring minds : what show?
Define chain reader?
Is that the reader that knows exactly how to balance a book and walk?

Like a tight rope walker with a chain?

. A chain reader is someone who finishes one books and starts a new one straight away ..... finishes one and then starts another ....and then another!
Although I CAN walk and read! I prop my Kindle on the console of my treadmill and increase the font so its easy to read right in front of me ..... there you have it the perfect balance of read and walk! Thank heavens or I would put back on all the weight I lost last year

I am addicted to digi-scrapping (of course) - BUT - I always make sure my "other" tasks at home are done before I sit down to scrap. Since we are empty nesters - honestly, there isn't much to do around the house ...

I scrap using my large desktop computer monitor and watch shows on my iPad ... non-scrappers don't get it! LOL!
When I have home help, I try as much as I can to make food myself, dedicate one day to cook and freeze....unfortunately these days i can't do much unless I have someone to help

so I have pretty much all the time in the world to scrap!!!
I can't scrap and watch stuff unless is a repeat, I prefer play lists on YouTube so I can listen to music when I scrap!
I consider this normal reading. At least that's normal in our house!

I need to make more time to read, but then I suffer because I haven't scrapped more LOL
I have a bad reaction to all kind of potato chips. Bad in the way that when I start eating, I can't stop and have to have it all. And then the next day I need more. And more. So I really should (for my own protection) stick with Doritos. I do have self control with Doritos. It's weird because I very much like Doritos too!!
Also I am a big tv series addict. I keep adding movies to my list on Netflix but hardly watch any of them. I watch series after series though. While I'm playing stupid games on my iPad. It's stupid.
There's probably much more addicting stuff in me. But this is what comes to mind immediately.
Mmmmm Doritos are strong.... I love Kettle Chips... but in the conditions I am now, I have stopped burying them or we eat them in one go...BIG bags of them..... now with high blood pressure then...salt is a no no
Well, duh, scrapping of course! But- I'm a type-A, super organized personality- so Clutter is a huge thing for me (except my desk- it almost always has a pile of stuff that needs sorted!)- so we usually have a clean, organized house.
BUT- I am definitely addicted to Starbucks. The hubs & I just recently started a new diet plan (he's lost 22 lbs & I've lost 14!) so I've become hyper-aware of my bad habit. I've been much better- maybe 1 or 2 drinks /week (and just americanos- which seem ridiculous to pay for since I can make those at home!) I'm hoping to break my addiction to latte's as well as my inner junk-food junkie!
I'm SO glad there wasn't a Starbucks in London when I was working, or I would have spent all my money there.....
we get some from time to time, but as a treat.... love everything they have (food too!!!)
I need some sleep now, but I love you guys so much I rather stay here a bit longer ...sill addicted!!!!
