I swear that it was in my doctor's notes for post-biopsy steps. I just can't seem to find the paper she wrote it in.

I have had 2 - in the same breast. I was diagnosed with DCIS a contained form of breast cancer. I remember the way you have to lay on the table is awkward (like a laying down mammogram) but it doesn't really hurt because you are numb. Praying for the best possible outcome for you. I am one year cancer free this month. Please PM if you have questions about anything! You will probably find as you talk to people you know that they have been through similar things. I don't know why no one talks about this, but I found out so many of my co-workers, church family, etc. had been through similar tests and experiences and the good news is they were all positive outcomes.

It's the boobie talk, nobody talks about boobies. LOL!!! I have to say that at 45, this year I got the first person to truly show me how to do a manual boob check.

Sorry! We went on a small family road trip, so I wasn't around for a few days... I like The Handmaid's Tale on Hulu and for HBO try Big Little Lies. I read the book which is why I watched the first season and then they made a 2nd season recently that was also good. LOTS of big name actors in that!

Have you watched this show? It's NSFTLP--not safe for TLP, lol, but it's such a good show!

I used to assist in these when I was training to be a medical assistant. It's nothing invasive. You'll probably have a minimum amount of wound care. Have an ice pack, Tylenol, & a sports bra ready. Take care my friend, I'm here for you.

Sending you love and prayers @Dalis and a short wait for good news. While no physical experience, as most say the worst part is mental. And @Tree City just the look on those kids faces is enough to get one in a good mood!

The biopsies are this Thursday. I’m a mess. Not sleeping much. I went to the gym today to see if exhaustion will force me to sleep.
