Over the weekend, we went up to the farm (New Mexico). I wanted to stay home and scrap. BUt I knew we had work to do..so I get my butt ready to work. Im standing in the field irrigating and thinking about what to scrap. Looking down the field, thinking I should take a picture of this and that. (day dreaming) not even watching the water flow. While in my daydream I felt something at my feet, I look down and guess who I saw??? The prince of Lilypad. I ran bak to the truck got my camera. The hubby asked what I was doing,..so I told my hubby what happened and he said "Oh, brother!" and he laughed a little and then he helped me find the prince..lol
oh my goodness! That's a great story and wow...what a big frog!! There are times of the year I hear them here (so loud in the evening you have to close your windows), but I've never seen one.
it was kinda of cool to have one at my feet. We have a so called pet frog outside our back door. My hubby says thats his pet frog. Its almost as huge as that one I just posted. He comes out of the hole when DH pulls up with the truck. it wont come out for me at all.
