Web Browsers?

I was on Safari for years (on iMac) then my computer got old and Firefox worked a lot faster. Now I am used to it, but with the new computer, I used Firefox to most, but to download I am back to Safari.
Safari when I download kits, will unzip and put the zip file in the trash, while Firefox doesn't: I have to manually unzip, then delete them.....

I'm not sure where this setting is for Safari but mine does not open zips automatically nor do they get deleted. I'm pretty sure I changed this myself because I have been known (ahem...) to have a shopping frenzy and not get them either all downloaded or unzipped or the zip name has no bearing on what the product is. (I like that TLP designers have their names and products in both the zip name & the product name.) I do it manually every day and clear out what I don't want, like font zips.

Because I have space, I do keep all my zips because that is how I've found missing files. Though after 8+ years I really don't care for some of those ancient products so much.
