Yay! after a very compact 2 weekends of mad house searching, this past Saturday we put an offer in on a house, and today, after a few counter-offers, we settled on a price... :happydance2 i am just ecstatic!! still lots to get in order, like inspections and appraisals and insurance, and all that boring grown-up stuff... i'm just excited about the fun stuff like painting and redecorating the kids' rooms (they will each be able to have their own rooms now, so I thought it would be fun to let them put their own little flair on it).

wahoo!! i think we are set to close mid-may! now we just have to sell our house... don't need them both, ya know!

Where ya live if its somewhere hot and nice il have the other he he

karen, i don't think you would be too tempted... 'hot and nice' would not be my descriptive words for michigan - especially in the winter!! :)
