This little tutorial on the blog today shows how to edit text on Journal Cards to make them fit your page better.

Let me know what you think. And I'd love to see if you ever do this. It's so fun and breathes new life into your JC Stash and gives you an excuse to build it even more!

P.S. It's always important to credit the original designer. They totally deserve the credit even if you change things up a bit.

Geezee !!! I didn't know that we are allowed to alter the jcs !! Too.

First, it's the template. Now the jc?!!

Ok, I'm gonna stop ranting and dig thru my jc stash for some altering fun.

Thanks for the video, Jen. <3

lol, once it is on my puter, and opened in CS, I altar a whole lot of things... Getting it to fit my memory is the key! The designers here are uber fantastical about their work, but if I need that arrow on a journal card to go another way, or words to say something else to make my page work for me...it's a gonna happen...lol

LOL Anne :) Ditto (I alter things frequently!!) - even using JC's as backgrounds or using the darken blend mode if it is a light background to get rid of the card to use the word art!!!... Jen great tutorial!
