Crystal, how did your shopping trip go??? Find any good buys?

I thought of you this weekend, because I was out looking for a Gymboree in the area, and a few stores down there is a Vera Bradley store - actually the flagship store for Vera retailers, which I thought was kinda cool.

I've never in my life felt the need for one of these bags.... until I walked into that store out of curiosity! :giggle I was SOLD! I ended up getting a cell phone / wallet thing and a new purse to take to a fancy shmancy dinner we went to this weekend. I'm in love :beat

I was never a huge Vera Bradley fan, but when I went to my local consignment shop, there was a beautiful purple and green print bag with the tags still on for only $28 - so I HAD to have it. Now I really like her bags.

I LOVE Vera Bradley. I have a closet full of colorful patterns. My newest addition is the Eloise in Boysenberry. The purple is soooo beautiful and rich and the clasp feature just feels so vintage to me. Her bags are the most comfortable I have ever carried. I have bought several bags online when they do their big retiring clearance and I have got some deals that way.

Aackkk... Rebecca, your links just keep taking me to the Eloise in Boysenberry. I am dying to see which ones you chose. We may have to start a Vera Bradley support group:giggle.

You should sign up for their emails or follow them on facebook. They send me specials and stuff all the time through email. Sometimes it's only like free shipping or something like that but every now and then it's an alert about a really good deal they are doing online for so many days.

Also love Deco Daisy, and Viva la Vera. And, well, I would take just about any of the prints really. :giggle

I really like that print Rebecca (the black, lime, gray one). Did you end up going to ND this weekend? We didn't, because of our new puppy.

No Carolee, we didn't end up getting to go either. It ended up being my husband's weekend to work (boo, but at least he has Easter off). Looks like it was a cold rainy mess anyway. We did watch it on tv though... I have mixed feelings... but I won't bore everyone else in the forum with my comments on Irish football :giggle

Carly I totall :beat :beat that drawstring duffle bag! I think I MUST get one of those... Mother's Day sounds like a great excuse!!

Love Little Betsy. I think it was actually the first Vera I ever bought. My friend just bought that same pattern as you in the Eloise bag. Such a classy pattern, I think.

I really just need to clean out my closet and sell all my old ones because I rarely ever go back to one. Then I could make some money to buy some new patterns.

Love the sunglasses. I have never paid much attention to them until your link, Thanks a lot LOL!! Man, they are expensive though. I get upset when I have to pay $16 from Target for sunglasses LOL.
