I have always loved Vampire stories and movies. Loved Anne Rice! I used to watch Interview with a Vampire and Bram Stoker's Dracula obsessively!! The modern one I like tend to be the "bad boys" LOL! I love Underworld! I love True Blood---Eric..YEAH! I think my fave on True Blood is Alcide though. A man should not be that hot!! I was obsessed with Twilight too. I adore Edward but my fave by far was James (Cam Gigandet is just scrumptious in anything he plays!!) Have you seen him in Priest. It is about Vamps too but primeval ones. No sparkly romance goin on there. LOL! I haven't gotten into any of the Vamp Diaries books. My DD has all the books but is a weenie when it comes to anything scary so she quit reading them. I may dive in one day. I watch the series and Damon of course is my fave!!

I watched True Blood at DVD and first thought, Eric isn´t that hot, but in season two he is becoming hotter and hotter with every time I saw him LOL Can´t wait to see Season 3 *yum* Oh, and Damon is the hottest Vampire ever. love him (ok love Ian Somerhalder

I love Vampire Academy too and Damon from Vampire Diaries...and read House of Night but they get kind of cheesy towards the end. I have heard the Laurell K Hamilton books are great but there are a lot of them and I have not had time to commit to them yet. lol
Now talking about other paranormal romances...you can give me a Highlander anyday. Love the Highlanders from Karen Marie Moning's Highlander series(especially starting with the 3rd book as these characters come back in the Shadowfever from the Fever series) Drustan, Dageus, Circenn, Cian, and the fallen Fairy Adam Black...
