@lmccandless I'm having trouble checking out with my MOC certificate. I'm pretty sure I have a few dollars left on it, but when I enter it at check out, nothing seems to happen. Are they allowed to use during sales?
I did find the place to check the balance of the gift certificate, and it verified that I have some money left.
@Tiff - gift certificates are allowed during sales. If you're using the balance just apply the gift certificate ID in the correct field and continue on to the payment screen. The balance of the GC will be deducted from your total.
Ok, I figured it out. I was hitting Enter after pasting in the GC code. But what I needed to do (instead of hitting Enter) was go to the bottom and Accept the Terms and press Submit. Thanks! @lmccandless
