Totally personal question ... cuz that's just how I am! By the end of this post I'll give you three guesses as to what I'm doing tomorrow. So .. when you go to the doctor, to get "checked under the hood" (winkwink) I want to know do you A) keep your socks on? and .. B) hide your underwear under your other clothes when you change into the gown?
i keep my socks on...but i wear flip flops a lot, so sometimes just don't have 'em on to begin with... i always hide my undies! so weird that i do and always laugh at myself when i'm doing it, but...
I am a socks on type of gal and of course I hide my undies. What else would I do with them? Perhaps I can hang my undies and bra from the inside door handle next time. What do ya'll think?
LOL - i totally hide my undies under my clothes (i do it everywhere - i.e., if i'm getting a massage, in the locker at the gym, etc )
I usually wind up with flip flops or slip ons and always remember when it's too late about the socks and my feet get cold I hide my undies too
I totally wear socks. Hate those stir-uppy things. But I leave my underwear right in the middle of the floor, so the MD has to step right over them. (Yeah right, lol.)
LMBO!!! I always have flip flops on too...even in winter. I know, I'm nuts. I hide my BRA and undies. When it's THAT time, I get checked on top too.
socks stay on, underwear hidden in my pants... lol the real question is do you sit or lie on the table while waiting for the dr. I always feel so awkward! Btw I sit and wait
I usually have on flip flops, so no socks. But, I always hide my undies. Don't know why. Maybe next time I'll leave them out in plain view I always sit and wait, cuz usually my doctor wants to check out other things (eyes, thyroid, etc.) first.
Oh girls - this is hilarious! I keep my socks on and I hide my underwear. Katrina - I sit up and try to act "cool" with a magazine even though when the nurse takes my blood pressure it's through the roof.
I wear socks and I hide my underwear. I would say to have a great day, but considering what's happening to you tomorrow - I'll just say I hope all goes well.
LOL!! I always sit there too trying to act non-chalant hiding the fact that I do NOT want to be there and would rather be doing just about anything else BUT that! LOL
LOL Katrina, I never know what to do either! There's no way to sit on that paper lined table and feel nonchalant. I hate it when my doctor makes small talk with me during the appointment, too. There's no polite way for me to say "Please, let's not talk..." I know it's meant to make the whole thing less nerve-wracking, but I really don't want to get into the intricacies of which Real Housewife of New York I like the most when there's all this commotion going on below the waist.
