Took That 1st Step

    So happy for you, friend! All it takes is that first step... a commitment... a promise to yourself!

    This year I’ve changed my mindset. I’m not obsessed about the scale. I’m taking cues from my clothes, and how I feel when I work out & run. I’m getting stronger! I eat healthy, but allow myself grace and balance.

    You CAN do this! I believing you & you have so much amazing support here!

    Sounds like you’ve made a good healthy choice on how to go about this... hugs girl!

    You got this, Jill! You're so smart to post here. Good accountability. My start date was Dec 26th and I've lost eight pounds! You can do it!!

    One week under my belt - down 4 pounds. I've given up soda (that's 39 carbs I won't have each day!) - I do feel hungry quite often so I have to find something to fulfill that feeling - but so far so good!!

    That is an awesome start @JillW !!! The first week is always the worst with the hunger. I promise it will start to get a little easier this week as you adjust. I swear my stomach shrinks after the first two weeks of eating smaller portions and then I can feel full faster after that which always helps! Keep up the great work!
