    Finished one week!! Didn't make the best food choices this weekend but I didn't overindulge or anything so I'm okay with it. Baby steps. I'm down three pounds for the week...I'll take it. :)

    Great week! I finished my first month low carb, so earned a chinese dinner and an ice cream last night! woot
    the carb feast put me in a carb coma, and I crashed in a Sunday afternoon nap of lovely.
    Back on the fun today, with walking good food choices and am excited to be 17 pounds down total. I am figuring the weight loss to go a bit slower now. I am on higher carb, I did the 20 for one month to kick start! But it is not good for life! lol
    HOping for a 2 pound loss this week!
    Memorial Day is my goal for next carb experience! lol

    Thanks girls. I know it's just ONE cookie and it won't be my only downfall through this journey but I've posted all my happy stuff here and I figured I better post my missteps as well.
