This is right before I leave work for the day but I'll jump on to see instructions. Is there a way to watercolor using Artisan?

I'm always excited to learn new things! And I love watercolor IRL.
The chat will be just before my bed time (12.30 am), but I'll make a page as soon as I wake up.

I'll miss the chat, but I'm looking forward to checking out the slow scrap in the morning. Have fun, and be blessed.

I'm downloading a trial of Artisan to test. As long as you have some way to paint, then yes. Lemme experiment a little.

The chat begins a half hour before my shift ends today. So while you're chatting I'll be finishing my shift and then driving home, probably listening to a podcast. But when I get home, my family will have eaten ribs I put in the crockpot this morning and I might do some scrapping this evening!

Yes, although your brush choices are limited, you can paint on top of something such as a background paper. Play with the opacity to get it transparent like watercolor would be. If you try to paint on an element, it can not go outside the edges of the element (i.e. you can paint the flower but not the area between it and the bounding box). So start with a large shape. This is from memory - hopefully you can play with it and figure it out. I'll check back later.

Bev, that's what I ended up doing. I actually inserted a multi-textured stamp by Pink Reptile Designs, and formatted the color. I played around with the gradient too & that added depth. I only have about 5min experience with Artisan, so I'm no pro.
