    try making a cookie cutter out of the letter after you make it the size you want, simplify the letter than write your journaling and then cookie cut it out or clip it to the simplified letter shape.. try that :) Hope it helps otherwise PM me and I will send you something else to try.

    Well, I thought this was due by 11 - which was a nail biter becasue I didn't sit down to it until just after 10 (I haven't even had coffee yet, can you believe?)

    Anyway, it's a good thing I didn't know because I would have spent the next two hours trying to find a way to add more to this. As someone who lives by the idea that too much is never enough, clean and simple is so very hard for me to be comfortable with. If nothing else I always feel like I'm being lazy or something, that a piece has to have a certain amount of stuff or it doesn't count.

    Like some of the others I wasn't able to do the actual technique - Gimp is good but not that good - so I had to do a clip job. I still love the way it came out, and if I ever get around to getting Photoshop this will be one of the first things I try.
