Tablet? Help me decide?

what do you think the main reason for having a tablet would be?

Drawing my doodles on my scrapping pages, and making my own scribble brushes... my goals, as small as they may be.

love the price, but I am reading it is not compatiable to Win10, which I just upgraded too, and love.
argh...back to drawing board...or tablet
