Subscriptions?

Is there a way to check to see if my subscription to the Mixed Media Monthly expired? I added the kit to my cart and it isn't zeroing out. I don't see anything anywhere to be able to see the status of my subscriptions.

It says this store username exists and is eligible for subscription...so maybe I have to resubscribe?

It also says that for my Memory Pockets subscription so I wonder if they both expired.

Hey @carrie1977 - Log into the store and click on your name and then my account. Scroll down to the subscription section to see the status of your subscriptions.

I am having the same problem. I got my M3 1 year subscription last August and it says it is active but is not at zero. It should be expired this month. I couldnt' find the CT subscriber link to renew so I sent a message through the site. I am ready to renew but needed to link to renew. Not sure why it is in limbo right now.
