Subscriber forums

I'm having trouble as well. I just subscribed and keep trying to add Folio to my cart but it wants to charge me $14.99 each time. I also got the Profile Canceled email from PayPal.
 
If you paid a lump sum, then the "profile canceled" email is normal, I believe. If you act like you're going to check out anyway, does it not zero out on the final page?
 
Also try logging out and back in to get the cart to realize your account has been updated.

I too purchased both the Storyteller and the MPM subscriptions as soon at they were announced.. Now that the holidays are over I was attempting to get the links to the kits and access the forums... I was able to get the Folio kit, but cannot access the add ons or the forum. For the Storyteller kit, I am not able to get the kit without being prompted to pay, and the forums aren't accessible. Lastly under my account it says I am subscribed to Storyteller and NOT subscribed to MPM.. which is weird because i was able to get the kit for that one....

You account is active for both subscriptions.

For MPM, all of the add-ons are in the Memory Pockets Monthly category of the store. You can find them in the store here:

You will see the discount in your cart for 35% off all add-ons and kits from previous months.

For your Storyteller subscription, you may try logging out of the store and logging back in to ensure your browser picks up your subscription status. The main kit for January is Hunter. Once you add it to your cart, you will see it zero out there:

hi there - I am a storyteller subscriber & don't see that forum at all - I was thinking I would get an email with a link or something, but now reading other comments I guess not! :) Can you please check in & see if something needs to be adjusted? Thanks!

Yes, you actually should have received a welcome email that contained your subscription details and links to the forum. It would have gone to your PayPal email address. I have double-checked your forum access and you should be able to see the Storyteller forum here:

I did get an email, but it didn't have links to the forum, so I was just looking on the home "forum" page :)
