I signed up for a 3 month subscription to the Storyteller collection and paid with a lump sum. Right afterward I could see the subscriber forum and was able to comment. Now it isn't showing up for me, and when I try to access one of the links from my history it tells me I don't have permission to view it. Any ideas why that happened and how I can access the forum? Thanks! (I got emails from Paypal telling me that a recurring payment had been set up and then cancelled, but I assumed that was just so that I wouldn't automatically be charged again in 3 months.)

OK, I have adjusted your store and forum account. You're all set! Enjoy your Storyteller subscription and please let me know if you need any additional help. Oh - and welcome to The Lilypad too! I hope you'll join us for Month of Challenges. :)
 
While you're at it, I *can* see the MPM forum but I'm not a subscriber. Shouldn't the month of everyone having access be over?
 
Hi THere! I am a brand new subscriber to the storyteller collection and have never been able to see the forum. I thought maybe I just didnt know what to look for but i have looked for it every time I have logged into the forum

I've adjusted your access as well. :)
 
When I purchased my Storyteller subscription I could see the forum, but could not comment in it. Now I don't see it at all :(

Laura, I also subscribed to the M3 subscription but have not seen that forum show up either :-) Not sure if it is called something else or I am not looking at it right? Thanks in advance!
