Stupid idiot drivers!!!

So I was driving home from a fun day at the water park with my kids and a friend and her daughter when we got rear-ended on the freeway. And what do you think the driver did? Pull over like a normal person does? Of course not. He had to go and try to get away from us! In traffic! IDIOT! We followed him and got all his info. The cops had him within 2.5 hours. I'm so glad they got him - but seriously. WHAT AN IDIOT!!!!!! Nobody was hurt, thank GOD. My van is a little bit dinged in the back but it's not awful. And to top it all off - he's a correction officer!!!! This was after a particularly bad morning too - I think I should go to bed and call it a day. LOL

Oh no! What a jack a$$ Sorry, that really stinks :( Glad no one was hurt.
 
Oh my word - the nerve! How do you rear end someone on the freeway? Was he tailing you and hit you?! Crazy that he is a corrections officer - he should know better!
 
Woooohoooo!!! Good for you for following him Karah, although that could be dangerous too, but I so would've done the same thing. What an idiot is right!!!
 
i'm so glad you got his info! injustices really make me mad, and i HATE it when people try to get away with stuff! grrr! glad you're all okay!
 
Well it was 4:30 in the afternoon, tons of people around. We wouldn't have followed him if it was some remote area. LOL. We were in stop & go traffic and he was either texting or drunk and was swerving in his lane. I guess we'll find out later.
 
my guess is he was drunk and it'll cost him his job. i cannot believe he ran though. very glad to hear that you're all ok!
 
At least the police got him!
My husband is fallen with his motorbike 2 years ago because a car came on his side of the road. He cannot work anymore, because of the nerve damage in his arm. He just lost his job and had to give up all his hobbies.
And guess what? The car driver has gone......
I don't know what it is, it is just like some people don't feel any guilt anymore.
