Storyteller VIP not zeroing out

    Hi, Laura!

    I have a Storyteller VIP subscription and used the links that Jaimee sent in her email, but they are not zeroing out for me. When you have a minute, can you look into it? I tried to send an email through the Contact Us form, but it just keeps spinning and never actually sends. :(

    @scrappyjedi - I can get you fixed up. Could you please send me a conversation with your store username? I know it's different than your forum one but I can't pull it out of my old memory banks today! ;)

    @lmccandless The customer service form was doing that to me a week or so ago. I ended up using email twice. Just to let you know so it can be checked. Thank you. May the Fourth be with you and Happy Cinco de Mayo and Happy iNSD prep!

    Yes, thanks for the heads up. We're in the process of switching over to help desk system to eliminate this problem. I am putting the final touches on it this evening.
