@littlekiwi The cart software and any pre-set automated sales run on Pacific Time. Sales like SOSN, BYOC, and new releases are turned on manually when everything is ready, but I believe they end automatically. Sales like the one-day LOD sales happening now are mostly pre-scheduled to turn on and off automatically. There may be exceptions if there are glitches or if a particular sale requires special attention. Hope that helps.
