I used to go to a spinning class ,with a live instructor, but on occasions when she cancelled,an other member had an app or a download, not sure what, of half an hour of instructions and 10 minutes of cool down , that we could use. (I actually liked it better than our instructor ) I don't go to that gym anymore , and I as far as I know neither does the lady who had the download,(or whatever it was) . I have searched the internet and U-tube for something similar, but no luck, What I have found either is just an advert, or tops 10 minutes of instructions . Does any one here know of such a thing ?
