Good Morning and Happy DSD! Here is a quick speed scrap for you! 1. Start with a plain background. It can be plain white or a colored paper....texture is fine but no pattern. 2. Make 4 equal sized rectangles or squares (about the size of a Journal Card). They should be in a grid or a line, either vertically or horizontally. They can be any size and can overlap...or even go off the page. 3. You must use at least 1 photo in one of the spots. The other 3 spots can be anything you want...photos or cards or papers. Anything goes. 4. Add 2 small clusters of elements at either end/side of the line of rectangles/squares. They can be stacked with the rectangles/squares or by themselves. 5- Add a title and the date. You may also add some journaling, but it is optional. 6- The last thing is to make the page your own...do anything you'd like to make it your style. =) I can't wait to see everyone's take. You have 2 hours to finish your pages. Layouts are due TODAY, October 2 at 1:30pm Eastern time. Please load your pages to THIS gallery and post them below. Have fun!!!
Sorry I slept through your chat, I guess I was taking some me time. And then I woke up and looked at the time.... Thanks for two hours and easy instructions! lol
Farrah dear, sorry that I missed the chat. Here's my take, full credits in gallery. Wishing you a wonderful day!
I got home from grocery shopping too late to make it to the chat, but I had plenty of time to make a page!
Not used to using journal cards as spot fillers.... I spend to much time choosing the perfect things... sigh... Gotta go list product now....
The layout was speedy but the journaling took a while. Still super-fun to complete. Thanks for the challenge!
