Happy Friday or Happy Weekend everyone!
I have a fill in the blank topic for today - " ____ is good for your soul"

There's lots of things that would work here (I can hear you all think 'digiscrapping'!)

This week it has been warm enough and the wind has calmed down, and so I'm going with "A walks in nature is good for your soul" - had a lovely walk through our botanic gardens with DS before one of his afterschool activities this week; we had almost an hour to kill and the fresh air and greenery were wonderful!

Reading is good for your soul.

Did you expect anything else from the woman whose avatar says Book nerd?

Lol I figured someone would say books and something food related, have to agree with both but as books have far fewer calories, I indulge in books more often but both leave my soul wanting more!

    Early morning coffee quiet time!!
I have had my granddaughter for the last 3 days and haven't finished one warm cup since Tuesday.
Oh and...going to the gym has been good for my soul. Something else I haven't done for a few days and really miss it.

    A hot shower.

    Seriously.

Ask both of my children and if they are upset, confused, distressed, angry, etc., I recommend a hot shower. Not too hot and not too cold, but enough to wash tear-stained cheeks, smooth lines of worry from the forehead, and relax all the muscles. It gives you a refreshed feeling.
