Did you do the giant one? or bite sized? The one I made was a little square of puff pastry (think like mini muffin pan), a piece of brie and then cranberry sauce. Then baked all gooey, and toasty! It was really good. I could put some candied walnuts on there too! mmmmmm... lol!
It was a big one... the brie was in a little mini metal pan that went into the oven and then there was a cranberry sauce to pour over the top when it was out of the oven. The sweet to cheese ratio was all off to me. I needed to be able to taste both and the warmed up brie seemed to make the cheese taste a long stronger. I think some puff pastry would definitely make it better. I also think I maybe like brie better cold.
