I have been so tired this week since the time changed. I don't remember the "fall back" time change for daylight savings messing me up so badly before this year. I think it's because I keep waking up an hour before my alarm goes off and I can't go back to sleep. My body still knows what time it's supposed to be before the time changed. I never used to do that before... but I guess I'm getting old enough that it's just a thing now? I keep getting tired during my work day too and that usually doesn't happen to me either. So weird! Please tell me I'm not alone here!?!?
