I have actually thought about doing something similar. The thought came to me when I was looking at ways to print my DYD and trying out layouts in an 8x8 book. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out!!

Ohhh that's exciting to know. I have checked there in the past and not found that size book. I had looked at ways to make my 6x8 pages work in an 8x8 book. Thanks for the info!!

I am a tried and true 8.5 x 11 kind of a person. I have a large format printer, but have never used it for anything other than 8.5 x 11, 5 x 7 or 4 x 6 printing... I hope to do DYD this year, but I'm going with 4x8 TN style. When @jenn mccabe headed the TN style for Christmas in July challenge, that was the size I picked and the layouts are just so gosh darn cute. So for DYD, if I don't cut these pages down to the 4x8 size, I can still print them on 8.5 x 11 and have really nice large white borders. A win-win scenario for me.

Great way to add pages to a TN cover - no glue needed. So glad you shared your pages Cheryl - your book came out so good!!!

I don't know why but each year I change the size of my DYD. this year will be my 4rd album.
I made a classic 12x12, last year I made A4 format and this year I want to try 6x8 and use the December memories template album by Designed by Soco

Thanks, Jenn. It's really been fun and a complete change of pace to work in my TN. It's like my little scrapbook. I find myself using it more and more.

I love that I can print mine out too, Marilyn. I don't have to print them on photo paper, or even heavy paper and they work great for the 4x8.

Cheryl, have you tried the mat brochure paper, the kind that prints on both sides? I get HP paper (my printer is a Canon), 48 lb? The colors are AWESOME!

No, but I definitely will! I use Premium Cardstock Image Plus by Georgia Pacific, but I will definitely try the mat brochure.

I still haven't printed last year's album out. Before that I just stuck them in the PL album or traditional scrapped. Depended on mood.

I haven't printed last years, either. I am so excited to find out that Persnickety does soft cover 6x8 books that I really want to go back and print them all that way haha. But I'll probably just get individual prints like always.

Hey all - I was poking around on Blurb. They print a 5x8 size Trade Book for a reasonable price. They are also selling monogrammed Traveler's Notebooks with blank pages. Cool.

Got a red 8x8 chatterbox album and a pack of extra refills so I'm all set. I'll be creating 12x12 to keep in my online digital storage but will print the pages as 8x8 at Costco. So, yay...I've got a plan and has got it started with my cover page.
