Just saw on a message board that Amazon has Silhouette Cameo Starter bundles on sale today. I know people are always looking for a good deal on them.

Not that I would EVER enable anyone...:giggle

I'm hiding because I have a Cameo sitting in my scrap cabinet that I've never used (yet). For some reason it scares me LOL.

It's really not any scarier than a printer. Just pull it out!

I seriously don't know why it freaks me out so much. I mean, I'm extremely computer literate and don't shy away from technology. Need to just pull that sucker out and use it!

I got a Silhouette last week for my birthday and I LOVE it! I need to look and see if they have Portrait starter kits on sale as well. I'd love the glass etching kit!

A Portrait Starter Kit would include a Portrait, so that's not what you want. The Glass Etching, Vinyl, etc. Starter Kits are for either kind of Silhouette. Most of the tools (like glass etching paste) have nothing to do with the size of the machine, so it's only things like cutting mats or dust covers that are going to be different for Portrait vs. Cameo.
