Hi! I'm pretty new here and I see everyone has these gorgeous sigs and I was wondering if there are any "rules" regarding this. I'm assuming it must be TLP product but I don't have the honor of creating for anyone at this time so am I allowed to use any TLP product to make a sig? Also, any size guidelines, etc?

Also - I'm fairly new to digi scrapping in general and I was wondering what the steps were for adding these pretty sigs once they are created.

Thanks for any help you can offer this newbie!! :)
