YEah I wanna see whats on your bed. I want to see what everyones beds look like. We just got ours the other day after looking for a million years.
You are so not seeing mine. It's ugly. And also, I don't bother with making the bed and bedspreads and things like that. We still have my parents old bed that came with the house when we bought it off them, we are waiting to find one that we like. Or rather waiting to find one I like that SO will pay for There are many that I like. Congrats on the new bed!
oh you little chicken poops! I wanna see BEDS!! We got a duvet cover and pillows and then a sheet set. Cost us about $300. Which is cheaper than I was expecting.
ours is completely boring, we were using a duvet forever and i just made a cover for it using our top sheets HAHA
i'm totally boring - white sheets/pillows and duvet with white cover -LOL - white white everything white the bed itself is black (padded headboard) and my walls are silvery blue ... i was going for 'peaceful' and ended up with boring LOL!
I just got new bedding today...but it's nothing special...just a chocolate brown quilt and striped sheets...they were out of the accent pillows that I wanted so I have to try another Target tomorrow.
OK, Rez...I kinda have a thing for bedspreads and duvets. You want just mine or some of my other rooms too? LOL

oh shanna... i was gonna say...... i LOVE that bed!! (red is my FAVORITE color!!!) if i found bedding like that i'd change in a instant! -where's it from? here's ours currently.. but it hasn't changed much in 4 years. the duvet is from potterybarn. most of the pillows i made. no headboard yet hubby is going to make it (or so he says) but it will look just like this...in a dark black/brown the back is really tall.. nearly 6 ft. and i've picked out paint that matches the blue in the pillows for the master bath..... but then again......if i could find red bedding like shannas.... i'd wait to paint! ROFL
dont all them pillows do ya head in when its time to get in,i couldnt be doing with chucking them all off when i wanna get in lol
you are going to LOVE this Jacque.... I know how you LOVE IKEA!!!!!!!!!! I believe it was on sale for $20 when we got the cover and collected everything else each trip LOL!
hot dang!!! my SIL JUST went to ikea TODAY!!!!!!!!! (they are coming down tomorrow for a family visit and i had her pick up a couple things for me) she IS NOT going to go back.... LOL it's an hour drive for them.. doesn't she KNOW it's SIX hours for me!!! darn it.. if only we'd had this convo YESTERDAY!!!!!!
oh and karen.. believe it or not.. i TAKE everything OFF my bed every night. and NOBODY -not even me! is allowed to lay ON that duvet.. (it is white) it took my husband a bit of training to take everything off every night.. but i just have to remind him that it cost $400 for all that and if he dont' want to be spending that again. he better take it OFF! LOL so each night we stack the pillows on my cedar chest fold down the duvet (i cheated and our down comforter is UNDER the duvet, NOT in) and place it on top of the pillows on the chest. then each morning i quickly make the bed immediately after i get up. it takes a few extra minutes each day but i love starting my day off with a nicely made bed!
shanna i didn't see that red duvet at ikea when i was there a couple weeks ago. must have been clearanced. shoot dang! i'm going to watch for it though!
girl. i could not do that everynight. i've actually considered driving the 8 hours to ikea. love me some ikea. our current bedroom set is bor.or.oring. but i've been on a mad project for 2 weeks now that i will share when it's done.
