@Pachimac , I am so glad it gave you some ideas on how to manipulate textures. Blending stuff into papers is my favorite thing ever, right after merging templates.

 

It's actually one of the hardest things. I have NOT mastered it in the least bit. My artsy doesn't look right. Yet.

 

Keep playing and trying new options, it will come.

I'll show you my all time favorite, probably because most of my scrapping has been of trips and Project Life. Single image layouts had been rare for me.

I really like this one too - while for a trip to Italy, it's another single shot layout. Funny about that...

 

These are gorgeous!!!! I saw your volcano one (in a FB group, I think?) and I saved it in my scraplift files!

 

This is very hard to choose... and so I picked one that catched my eye mostly today (so if I`d think about this tomorrow again it might be another one *heehee*)...

It's from a show at DW that I have wanted to see every time we've gone, but something has always gotten in the way. I recently found this picture which is very dark in person, but I lightened it and was surprised to see it was from the Tiki Room! (had to do some confirmations with people who have been). So, I was there when I was 5, so I can no longer say I have not seen it. LOL. I just don't remember it! I'm looking forward to going with my DD9 in August.
