September Style Challenge

Sometimes, I end up with a lot of photos from a single event. While I enjoy showcasing just a few photos, there are times that I need all.the.photos! Visiting the CN Tower was one of those times. The view was so beautiful, and there were so many different sides with the 360 degree tower. So, time for a double page! Actually, I'll be making 2. Because there's a lot of journaling to tell about that glass floor!

For the September Style Challenge we are making a double page! For this challenge, each side must relate to the other side to form a single layout, double page.

You do not have to follow any of the below ideas. They are just suggestions for making your double page feel like a spread together. Tips for making them relate:
- Use one theme for both sides - a trip to the playground, the zoo, back to school for 2 different kids, garden in winter and summer, etc. You are not limited by these of course, they are just jumping off ideas.
- Use the same kit on each side, or pieces of the same paper on each side.
- Use 2 templates from the same set, or a double template spread.

For uploading in the gallery: You can put the two pages together, but they end up really small. The easiest way is to upload each page separately and then post them both in your thread below.

Challenge Reminders:
The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month:
2 challenges = 10% off
4 challenges = 20% off
6 challenges = 30% off

The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).​

 

I'm glad it was easy for you! I love double spreads, but I know they are not easy for some scrappers! I'm pretty sure I heard a couple Pollys moan when I mentioned it.
