September Photography Challenge

Hi Everyone! Happy September. This month starts and I'm never in a good mood, since school starts back for us after Labor Day. That means more schedule, less fun, and ugh, homework! So... we are going to have some fun! Here's Naruto... the famous monkey who took his own pictures! Naruto took the camera of the photographer (David Slater) and proceeded to take multiple pictures of himself at different angles! Can you believe that second picture and his smile!!! Dang.... I can't even get perfect portraits, and look what the monkey did!!!



So, this month, we will focus on SELFIES! Selfies are when the photographer is actually included in the photo and holding the camera when taking the photo. We are all our worst critics, but I would love to see you in the photo. Don't freak - the actual selfie can be of you, or anyone you know, a group, etc. It can be an old picture or a new picture! I want you to scrap a layout using a selfie for your photo! I can't wait to see what you create! Have fun!

As Always: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the August Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread.

The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month:

2 challenges = 10% off
4 challenges = 20% off
6 challenges = 30% off

If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).
