**CLOSED** winner announced - Scraplift Challenge - DSD 2018

I love this idea! I'm going to scraplift this page because I love the challenge of using only four elements and I love the split photo mat. Be back soon!

My new page:

Great challenge! Thanks so much!

My inspiration layout -

I liked the simplicity and photo of him looking over his shoulder.

My new layout -

This sounds like fun. Here's the layout I will be scraplifting:

And as you can see in the layout below, it morphed into a loose interpretation of the original -- moved things around, changed the orientation of one photo and generally made it my own.

I have lots of snow pictures from this day to scrap so I was looking for something to showcase some photos. I lifted this one:

New one:

Bonus - in my old software, creating the blended edge is as easy as doing a cut. Since I scrap in PSE now, I had to figure out how to do it. There is probably an easy way, but here is my first attempt.

This is such a great idea! Love to see all the self-lifts.

My inspiration LO

My new LO

There were a lot of changes made to this LO but I love the way it turned out.

It is funny, but it is easier to scraplift someone else , than your self..
Thanks for the challenge.

Great Challenge!...Funny Thing Is That I Really Wanted To Scraplift/Redo A Certain Layout That I Just Posted Recently...It Was For a Specific Designer Challenge So I Was Limited To What I Could Use But That Being Said I Wanted To Use The Same Photo & Also Do Roughly The Same Theme But With Slightly More Dynamics & Much More Color...Fall Color That Is!...The Original Was About Reliving Your Childhood A Bit By Playing In The Leaves...So I Used The Same Theme But Changed Direction Just a Bit Making The Photo Pop More By Using A Large Colorful Frame & Placing The Photo More Prominently In The Layout & A Different Set Of WA's...Still Lots Of Leaves In This Layout & Large WA Too But I Used Many More Elements As I Wanted To Showcase All The Wonderful,Bright Colors Of Fall & I Also Used A More Dynamic Background Paper To Coincide With The Bright Fall Colors & This Also Added More Visual Texture & A Softer Focus Overall...All The Elements Are More Or Less Placed In A Circle Defining That Life Comes Full Circle Sometimes & Goes Round & Round & Never Stops...
