LOL, this isn't my first cruise either, but Freestyle is making it so much easier! Glad you're having the same experience!
I only weigh myself in the morning before I've consumed any foods or fluids, usually on my way into the shower so I don't have unnecessary clothing adding to my weight - I know it doesn't matter that much, but I like seeing the lowest number possible!! lol Sometimes I weigh myself daily, other times less frequently. So many things influence weight. You drink 2 cups of water (16 oz) and bam you weigh 1 lb more! Sodium is huge for water retention (at least for me). I try to remind myself that I have to consume an extra 3,500 calories (in addition to what I normally burn) to gain a pound, so it's not that easy to put on "fat" weight.
