    It’s darn tempting but that voice in my head is saying am I good enough. I’m trying to “silence” that voice but not sure I will (I get with this with some job applications too so it’s not unheard of for me)

    There is no such thing as "good enough." Each polly has their strengths, things they're good at. For some, it's scrapping. For others, it's community participation and gallery love. Still others focus on marketing. Everyone is valued at TLP. Please don't sell yourself short, Jennifer! :beat

    This is something I definitely want to do again. (I was on several store and designer teams around 2010-2012.) But right now I have a full time job and I'm barely doing any scrapping or gallery-visiting. I do my part to keep the community alive though, by visiting the forum every day and participating most days and trying to black out my Rockstar Bingo cards. :D :love
