Canon PowerShot SX120 IS
It's been great so far, takes awesome pictures...for a point and shoot!
I still much prefer SLR (obviously) but I find that I wasn't taking as many pictures as before since it's a pain to take out of the case and most times you miss out on those candid shots that require a camera to be just laying around
So as much as I don't really like P&S's, I am learning to love'em.

About the PSE version for processing RAW files - I got software with my camera which I use, so it shouldn't be necessary to upgrade. I can either do them individually or batch process. Apparently I can get an add-on for gimp to process them but I can't be faffed to install it as I'm happy with the Sony program.
