Both. The challenge threads are where people can comment, and they pick an individual winner for that challenge. The personal one keeps it easy for tracking, no comments allowed
Are pocket scrappers welcome to participate as well? Do we need to have the challenges submitted day by day or do we have opportunity to catch up later on in the month?
As long as your page meets the requirements of the challenge, you can scrap in any style you want. And as Lorry said, you just have to have all pages completed by February 1, 11:59 pm Eastern time. You can complete your pages out of order and go back to ones you missed.
Is there no specified MOC gallery? (Like we load to BYOC/Scraplift/etc. for normal monthly challenges.)
Can I use the Currently Kit that I received from the store during Digital Scrapbook Day for these challenges.
I will let one of he pollys confirm ... But if it is for sale in the shop right now... We should be able to use it ....
If it's currently in the store (no pun intended!) then yes, you can. When I search for Currently, I see a number of individual items from the designers with that name but not a full kit, and I'm not familiar with what was provided during DSD. So my answer is, I'm not sure. Let me see if I can dig up the kit. ETA: There are individual elements in the store, but the entire kit is not. You can use whatever is currently in the store by individual designers
Hi Diane - in the guidelines thread - it is listed as 75% TLP products for MOC. You can find the thread here - https://the-lilypad.com/forums/showthread.php/34615-MOC3-2015-Guidelines
They must be currently for sale as well, unlike the normal rule which allows for freebies and retired items. "Pages should contain at least 75% current Lilypad product (currently for sale in the store from either permanent designers or guest designers)."
The hashtag is #MOCatTLP The requirement is 75% TLP products that are currently in the shop. In the gallery, look for the sidebar on the right that says "Share Image" - copy the code for the second item in the list, which is Linked Image. Then, in the forum, paste that code.
Dang it, I better recheck my layout I used mostly items from Currently just because I liked the colors lol.
I'm hoping you can help a relative newbie. I am struggling to save my layout to the correct size for posting in the gallery (I've done it before but I can't remember how!). Could you give me some guidance as to best practices for saving layouts for posting to the gallery - I create the layout as a 12x12 but I'm not sure how to save it so it's not too big for the gallery. Thanks so much!!!
If you use PS or PSE, this FREE action is great for saving for web and a big ol' Welcome to the Pad! I think you are gonna find yourself loving it!
