I was perusing the gallery and looking at all the awesome cards for project life, what do you print your cards on? cardstock? print at home? how much ink do you manage to use and what printer are over the moon for?

Epson premium presentation paper is pretty awesome to print your journal cards on. However it is a bit pricey about $17 for 50 sheets. Watch for sales or buy on amazon if you have Prime.

I don't have recommendations for the other things you asked cause my printer is the pits. I'm sure others will pop in with some recs though.

I print at home. All my hybrid gets printed on matte photo paper (I like the Canon brand because it's cheap! I don't see any difference compared to the Epson one). I print my photos at home too and ink usage is very reasonable. My printer is an old HP multifunction, it's over 6 years old and works just fine. The convenience of printing at home is a huge advantage for me!
