I've no problems using the coupon in the cart but when I get to Paypal to pay I get the sum without my coupon. Anyone else with that problem?
It's a known issue on Paypal's end. Laura has recommended doing one of the following: - wait and hope Paypal fixes it soon (although it's been going on an awfully long time, it seems!) - process the order with a credit card and authorize.net instead of PayPal - go ahead and place the order, then PM Laura and ask for a refund of the amount you should have gotten with the coupon
I tried both my cards at authorize.net and they're both declined so now what? There're nothing wrong with those cards, using them all the time.
The coupons work if you spend up to the value of them but not over. I hope this can be resolved soon. I don't have a credit card and have already lost a couple of previous coupons due to them timing out (before I realised the problem wasn't with me!).
@designbylime I have sent you a private conversation. I am so sorry for the troubles, ladies. We have escalated this issue up to a PayPal developer team and hope to have it resolved very soon.
