my printer (Canon Picma MG7520) are having a serious fight. I know several people here have the same printer so I'm hoping you can hel me out.

My printer says it has a paper jam. It very clearly does not have one. My husband and I have searched every part of that machine. We can't get around the error message. Has anyone ran into this problem and how did you fix it????

I'm really mad because this printer was $200 and only a yearish old. I hate to have to buy a new one.

Not sure what to do. Maybe a little bit of paper is inside where you can't get at it. I'm assuming you have turned it off and on and maybe reinstalled the driver? If nothing else has worked I would hold it upside down ad gently rock it side to side in case something is stuck. Good luck and hope you get it working again.

Not a printer fixer, but here's what I would try:
Manually feeding a piece of paper through the rollers (if yours let's you).
Spray the rollers with canned air.
Check for a driver update.

Do you have a windows computer? And did it just update? I had to update my driver's to get my computer to stop thinking the hp printer was offline.

I was going to suggest the canned air.... little pieces of dust and paper can really make printers nuts! I hope it fixes easily!

I have that same printer and no, I have never had a paper jam with it. Other ones? oh yeah...I googled the issue and this video might help. There is also contact info for Canon if you can't find the paper. It may be worth a try.
