Posting credits in the gallery...

    Is anyone else having problems cutting and pasting credits to the gallery?

    At the moment I am copying and pasting into the gallery from a word document and despite copying (this for example)

    The best I could do for freestyle… clustering not such an issue…
    I apologise for the dark and moody… and somewhat cryptic journaling… I’m wavering at present between growing and running and hiding following a day when asking questions should have been preceded by thinking about whether I really wanted to know the answer right now…

    Had this happen the other day too credit list wasn't quite so long so typed it in... don't always have time for that though...

    I know some others have had some odd problems too, and Amy is looking into it, but I don't think she's figured it out yet. In one case someone was having a problem with an apostrophe. Maybe if you take out the ellipses, since that's where it's cutting off?

    ya, I have problems with the apostrophes... I just put a - or even just throw on the 's' lol. I hope you can get this working :) I would try Kim's suggestion.

    I take that back. My links don't work. I'm pretty sure I've done them right but they just link back to the forum. no big tho, the info is all there :)

    on that theory the dots (full stops) are also causing problems will try again without them...

    Just tweaked how and what I wrote in the credits... take out all punctuation ... ' or - and it works... seems to have issues with punctuation...

    The BB code format does not use quotation marks around the URL. I fixed the ones in your Kylie & Lucky layout as a test, and they link correctly now. :thumbsups

    I had something weird happen a couple of days ago where I had very long credits, plus some journaling and it cut off everything after an apostrophe. I took out the apostrophe and it was fine. Weird! :) I posted last night and everything worked like normal, so I really think it's something to do with punctuation marks?

    Amy it appeared to me that ALL punctuation in my credits was evil! Yes I sat and tweaked them bit by bit to find out if anything would get through... NOT a thing alas... gonna make your day miserable hearing that... for which I apologise now...

    What's worse though is until whenever it was I posted the two pager for the MOC... it was fine and dandy... does limit the time frame however I guess.

    I've never had an issue with posting credits in the gallery, but for some reason it's very different. And I'm only able to choose one gallery to post to.

    do you not get the option in the second screen to pick other galleries?

    I'm having the same problem...no way to choose additional galleries. The second screen that I would always get doesn't come up - goes straight to posting and then no way to add extra galleries in the edit photo section either.

    Amy- FYI-I am having the same problem with the Gallery .. the comment box is different now too and the emoticons are too... it is odd and can only load to one gallery cannot link to others. Vivi (Nemla) said to me that this stated last night.
