so I may have snagged a little dog walking gig-- which, as lame as it sounds.. is super exciting to me :p 1) I get to play with a puppy every day that I also do not have to feed, or have live with me in my apartment. 2) my legs need walking and I'm lazy. they're not going to get stronger sitting on the couch :p 3) bonus 50 dollars a week.

I'm waiting for the lady to call me back..and then of course I need to meet her/the dog etc. I'm going to take someone with me just in case she's the murdery type. lol .. the dog is a little lab puppy.. I'm excited. please let me walk your puppy lady!

What an awesome way to get a little extra money! I love dogs and the kind you don't have to take out in the middle of the night are the absolute best kind!
 
Sounds like a lot of fun!! :D I have 2 border collies in desperate need of walking, would you like to come to Brazil??? :giggle

I would love a dog walking gig. Pretty much for the reasons you've described here. Turns out sitting in an office chair all day DOESN'T give you a Brazilian Butt or six-pack abs? Color me shocked!

For a while I used to volunteer to walk dogs at our Humane Society, though. They had a one mile path around their property and you could walk as many dogs (one after another, not usually together unless they were known friends) and get a couple miles of walking in that way - plus cheer up the dogs and alleviate some of the burden on the shelter staff. So if the dog walking gig doesn't pan out you should check into that!
