I made a quick list for December even though it started today. Be sure to use the hashtags to share your photos with other TLP peeps.
Oh yay! I normally don't play along, but I try to do a photo a day every December... this will help me with my photos! I already did today's, but given that it was of my daughter's advent calendar that includes pieces of chocolate, it fits, right?
My kids are 14 and 15 and they still have to have the Lego advent calendar each year! Thankfully I remembered to pick it up at the Lego store about a month ago.
We don't have advent calendars (but I'm working on grown-up ones for my sons just a little late). But I have this tremendous urge to go get the legos out and play.
Wait... what's the third? City, Star Wars and ??? We always get City, although the scenes the kids set up with the mini-figs have gotten "darker" as they've gotten older. This is one they set up last year using extra pieces (they titled it "there can only be one")...
I am going to give it a try! I always love encouragement to take more photos. Is there a requirement to post it everyday? I am not always at my computer.
So far, so good. I've been posting mine on instagram. Is anyone else posting their photos? I would love to see what others are doing!
I'm glad to see a photography sub forum. It's my passion, even bigger than scrapbooking. I inadvertently dropped scrapping in 2013 and 2014 to focus on photography. I'm an active member at Clickinmoms. I participate in a Project 52 over there, and I'm doing my own Project 365. Are a lot of TLP members following these photo prompts on Instagram? I will try to join in the fun!
I just noticed the hashtag on the graphic in the first post and searched IG but it came up with nothing. I followed TLP and a few designers that popped up though!
https://the-lilypad.com/letstalkabouthashtags/ The blog has a few posts about TLP hashtags. They do a monthly highlights post for people who use them! Maybe Kimberlee and Aaron and Brynn Marie need to collaborate and work on hashtag marketing and adding this photoaday!
Ah ha! I was using the dash instead of the underscore. Now I'm seeing lots of TLP tagged stuff on IG! Thanks!
