Past orders/download question

    I lost a few kits I bought in the past. They are still on my account as things ive paid for, but I can no longer download them. Is there a time limit to how long the kits we paid for are accesable? Is there a way to redownload kits we have bought in the past?

    Hi! Have you tried sending an email to our support address? HERE. I think sending a contact request like that will be seen faster. ;)

    Ohhh.. I'm going to send a help request to support as well. I just realized I only downloaded half a kit. So bummed to realize that. Ugh.
