Are there any restrictions about what counts towards the $15? I've tried a few different things and it is never getting automatically added to my cart, as the description says will happen.
Mine wasn't automatically added either, but I added it... the discount didn't show, but I was thinking it would when I actually selected to pay my order. But i decided to wait until Saturday releases, so I'm only making one purchase.
Yep- it never added to my cart as the description said it would. I checked out, but it wasn't added to the downloads as I thought it might have been.
If you have a designer's hidden BYOC bundle, they will have excluded other discounts on it, so this may impact your qualifying amount. If you're just doing all available for sale BYOC (or other) products, you should see the kit appear in your cart when you reach $15. If not, you can try logging out and logging back in, as sometimes your browser cache needs to "catch up" to the new sales. If you've already made your purchase, I am happy to send the kit along to you. Just send me a PM and I will check your orders and do so.
i pm you, but don't think my one order qualified for this, was from generous discounts offered in designers newsletters. and when i attempted to make 15 again, it was with a subscription main kit, that had its discount it self applied, i didn't check out with that order I sure I will earn it acouple times over the weekend ---- very happy
I didnt have any issues and I messed up and bought part of my products in a different purchase so I made two separate purchases to add up to the amount needed. The store added it to my 2nd purchase though so it added both up for me. I was impressed. Way to go TLP.
it says it is still free with purchase over $15 but is not adding to my cart as free. It's trying to charge me the $25.
I'm so sorry for the confusion there. As the description on your image says, it was free from November 6-9th. However, since that's our error in the product title, I am happy to honor it for you. Just complete your $15 purchase and I will send you the kit manually.
