October Random Challenge

To be honest: I think using a more cheery, upbeat kit to scrap dark themes, really enhances the darkness. If you understand what I mean. For example - look at this pink happy-looking layout I did for last months BYOC challenge: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/55.483397/

My nightmare is having chronic severe pancreatitis. This is the October featured product for LBW. Note, I did post this on the LBW October Challenge but I am on her team so I am not eligible and it is just to show off the kit, but not for the challenge itself.

 

Here is mine. I chose to go on the lighthearted side. Although!! The way I love chocolate!! Well.............

 

I went dark with this challenge. I hesitated to post, but then thought what the heck!

 

My worst nightmare occurred this weekend...my daughter tested positive for Covid.

 

My nightmare is a recurrent childhood bad dream that left me with a mild arachnophobia and a deep love for science-fiction.

 

OMG, this is the worst nightmare I have ever had about myself. When I saw this challenge it made me gulp. But this is the nightmare I thought of.

Not sure I should say thank you for this challenge LOL These are thoughts I really don't want to explore. But ... here's my layout. Everything's translated in the gallery, but it's basically about outliving my husband.
