Hi All, my first post I made a purchase on Sept 29 and while PayPal went through (and charge has since hit my credit card) the purchase failed within the Lilypad website. This resulted in the download keys not working. I immediately opened a help ticket and have heard nothing since. Ive emailed customer service, sent FB and insta PMs and emailed the designer. The designer copied the email to customer service as well and I still haven't gotten a response Is there anything else I can do? So frustrated I really don't want to have to dispute the charge with PayPal but its been almost 10 days and the auto reply email says to wait 24-48 hours for a response. thanks, Connie

Welcome to the forum Connie! I'm so sorry for your troubles. One thing to check while you wait is maybe check your spam folder to see if you have a response from Customer Service hiding in there? I have heard of that happening before, so it's possible?
I checked I also go into the lilypad trouble ticket site and it says my ticket is "being processed" same as it has said since day 1. Thanks for the suggestion though!
